Chat on the website
Our website has a chat assistant that can answer questions about our products and services. When you write in the chat, your messages are processed in order to give you an answer and to improve the service. The messages are sent to our sub-processor Anthropic (which provides the AI model that generates the replies) and are stored for a short time by Cloudflare, which hosts the chat solution. The data is only kept briefly and is not shared with anyone else. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
