MHService will build a new facility at Gjøsund near Vigra. Gjøsund is a new industrial area currently under development (see Gjøsund Hamn). When the quays are fully developed, there will be more than 1,000 meters of deep-water quay at this port facility. Gjøsund is intended to be a “one-stop-shop” where vessels can have all services performed in one place.
MHService plans to build one of Norway’s most environmentally friendly facilities, which will be able to offer bunkering points along the entire quay.
The facility is under planning and is expected to be completed in Q3 2026.
